Our friend and longtime ChopSaver lover Kiku Collins is enjoying an amazing career having backed up the likes of Michael Bolton, Beyoncé, and Gloria Gaynor. She has even performed at The White House twice – but who’s counting?
Recently, she was featured on the “Harry” show with Harry Connick, Jr. As Kiku says, “I was shocked when they contacted me to be a guest. We had such a fun time – my “section mates” were really cool, even if they didn’t have the chops! My husband David and I ended up knowing most of the band, and even a lighting guy remembered me from a video shoot! But, they all managed to keep the secret from Harry! He was incredibly nice, as was everyone we encountered from his show.”
